Ministries
Rejoice Christian Church offers classes for babies through 5th Grade during our Sunday worship services. Upon arrival, find the check-in station for help getting your kids to the correct classes. Our Kindergarten through 5th Grade Elementary children check-in prior to the service then enter the service with their parents until they are dismissed after music worship. Nursery and PreK children go to class prior to the start of the service. Note to parents about communion: we encourage children who are earnest believers in Christ to partake in communion with their parents, a good rule of thumb is for children who have followed in believer’s baptism to partake.
Awana on Monday Nights
Awana is a national children’s discipleship ministry that emphasizes memorizing God’s Word. Awana Club is for kids aged 3 years-old at the start of the school year through 5th Grade and runs from September through May.
Mid-Week Youth Group
Rejoice Christian Church partners with Cornerstone Church’s Student Ministry to provide a Tuesday Night Junior High Youth Group and Wednesday Senior High Youth Group.
Rejoice Christian Takeover Ministry
This ministry is focused on reaching the city of Anchorage with the love of Jesus Christ. We attend 3-5 events per year throughout Alaska that afford the opportunity to make relationships with non-Christians in our city.
