Rejoice Christian Church will meet on Sundays at 1pm at Anchorage Bible Fellowship on Elmore Road.

Cornerstone Church sends out full churches with plenty of resources, not just seeds of a future church. Since a church plant often means something much smaller at the beginning, we use the terminology of a church launch.

Rejoice Christian Church isn’t different from other Bible saturated churches. God has been working through local congregations for thousands of years and Rejoice Christian Church is a continuation of Jesus’ amazing work He has already accomplished through this model. Rejoice Christian Church will be led by and attended by imperfect people who delight in the only perfect God. We are unapologetically a church, that is why it is in the name.

Anchorage Bible Fellowship has extended a hand of brotherly love toward Rejoice Christian Church so that we have a physical place to gather to worship God. Their willingness to share God’s resources with a new congregation is a testimony of their faithfulness to the Kingdom of God. The two congregations are separate entities with their own leadership teams, members, and worship services. The two congregations share a facility that is owned by Anchorage Bible Fellowship. Under the leading of the Lord there is a desire from both leadership teams to find opportunities to worship God together and build up the fellowship of Christians!

Cornerstone Church is the sending church that will launch out Rejoice Christian Church. For the first year or so of Rejoice’s existence, the elders of Cornerstone will remain the headship of Rejoice. Rejoice Christian Church members and children will still participate in Cornerstone’s Awana and Youth ministries. The leadership of Rejoice and Cornerstone want to maintain lasting relationships and overlapping ministry wherever it helps the church worship of God in Spirit and truth.
